Hi,

I am Dr. Ashwini Somu, born in 1982, have graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of health sciences (India) in 2004 and successfully completed Masters in periodontics and Implant dentistry from the same university in 2011. I have been serving Mackay community since 2012 after marrying Dr. Sudhir Shivanna and moving in here.

Along with managing  and treating various gum diseases which is my field of interest and expertise, I Have received special training to do Invisalign and am proud to see many of my patients having beautiful smile.  I love to keep myself updated about recent trends and inventions and hence look forward for every training sessions and conferences, so I can bring back that knowledge to achieve better results in dentistry.

I like to treat my patients the way I wish to be treated and that has helped me to have huge family of patients who are not only happy with my service but also have more personalized relation which we would like to keep it forever.

I absolutely love the Mackay community, no rush culture and friendly people and hence decided to base here, and raise our darling daughter, Miss. Ahana Gowda as part of Mackay community.
